How to Use Shipment Reporting & Analytics

The Analytics page will greet you when logging in to your Easyship dashboard. In this article, we break down the key features of the analytics page and how to use and understand its many features.

We'll Cover:

Date Range Selection

By default, the date range selected will show you data for the last 30 days, however, you can change it by clicking on the highlighted area below and selecting your preferred time frame.

Cost Tracking

Identify trends in shipping cost compared to volume by using the interactive chart, as well as the cost breakdown below.

Track your top destinations, solutions used, and where shipments originate from.

Q: What do analytics track?

A: The page is designed to track shipping volume, price of products, sales channels, top countries being shipped to, and shipment status overview. 

Q: Can I add custom data points to track?
A: We do not have a customization tool, however, you can provide feedback to our developer team at the bottom of the page.
