On the dashboard, go to 'Tools'>'Notifications' to see all four options.
Under 'User Settings', you can choose to receive notifications when:
- Pending courier labels are generated. You will be notified when all the shipping documents for your package have been generated and are ready to be printed.
- Your pickup request has been confirmed.
Under 'Company Settings', you can toggle whether you would like your customers to receive:
- An email with a link for them to track their shipment's status. The email will be sent once the package has been collected and scanned by the courier.
- An email containing a survey for them to give their feedback regarding courier performance. The information gathered will be used to help us improve our services.
