Upgrading, Downgrading and Canceling your Subscription

1. Navigate to Account > Subscription.

2. Click Change Plan.

From here, you can choose to upgrade or downgrade your plan. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing cycle, allowing you to access your current plan’s features until then.

How to Cancel Your Easyship Subscription

To cancel your Easyship subscription, simply downgrade to the free plan. If you require features not available on your current plan, like Branded Packing Slips, or if your shipping volume exceeds your plan’s limit, you'll be prompted to upgrade accordingly. Keep in mind, upgrades take effect immediately, and the current month's charges will be prorated based on the date of the change.

If your shipping volume exceeds your plan’s limit, Easyship will prompt you to upgrade to a higher plan. This new plan will reflect your increased shipping volume, with prorated charges for the current month and full charges applied in the next billing cycle unless further updates are made via your account or customer support.

Payments

There’s no need to update your payment details for a subscription change unless you want to use a different card. Your Easyship subscriptions are billed on a monthly cycle, and the charge is applied on the same day each month. 

For those on an Annual Plan, billing commences after the trial period ends (with applicable taxes). Should you encounter payment issues, you can update your payment details or temporarily downgrade to a free plan.

FAQs

Q: If I change my plan, will my payment date change?
A: No, your payment date will remain the same.

Q: Will my shipment limit reset?
A: Your shipment limit will adjust immediately after your account upgrades.

Q: Do you provide refunds on subscription fees?
A: As per our policy, we do not provide refunds on subscription fees if the account has been active during the subscription period. If you would like to make changes to your subscription, including downgrading, please follow the steps to upgrade or downgrade your subscription.
