Remote Area Surcharge Explained

A Remote Area Surcharge is an extra fee charged by couriers for shipments to or from locations they consider remote. Couriers define a location as remote if it’s far from their usual pick-up or delivery routes. If there’s no nearby depot for the courier, your shipment may incur this surcharge. These fees, set by the courier, will appear as adjustment charges on your Easyship account
