This article will show you how to connect your Amazon store to Easyship.
About the Connection
With Amazon connected to Easyship, you'll be able to:
- Sync unfulfilled orders from Amazon to your Easyship dashboard.
- Store products will import automatically when orders sync and can be edited accordingly.
- Easyship automatically marks store orders as fulfilled on Amazon when a shipment generates. A tracking number is sent to the order profile.

Store Connection
Step 1: Navigate to Connect > New integration. Click Amazon.
Step 2: A form will appear, where you can enter a name for the connected Amazon store and select the corresponding country for your Amazon account region. Click Connect to proceed.
Step 3: You will be directed to Amazon Seller Central, to authorize Easyship to connect to your currently logged-in Amazon Seller account
(Note: Make sure you are logged into the intended Amazon Seller Account before you approve the authorization).
Step 4: After authorization, you will be directed back to Easyship to log in and complete the Amazon store connection. Make sure to switch over to the Login form to proceed.
Your Amazon store is now connected successfully!
Syncing Orders
Step 1: On your dashboard, go to Create Shipments > Advanced and click Add Shipments > Sync from [Your Amazon Store].
Fulfill Shipments
Step 1: Choose a shipment and select Ship from your list of shipments.
Your store will then reflect as updated.
Step 2: Go to your Amazon Seller Center and check Orders updated from the dashboard.
The tracking number is now visible:
Additional Information
- Due to Amazon restrictions, specific fields cannot be edited when syncing orders. These fields include SKU, Product Description, Currency, Value, and Quantity.
