Closing your Easyship account is a straightforward process that can be done directly from your dashboard.

Close Account
1. Navigate to Account > Company.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Close Account.
3. You will be prompted to confirm account closure.
4. Provide a reason for closing the account.
5. Upon successful account closure, you'll be logged out of the system and redirected to the login page. The account will no longer be accessible and you will receive an Account Closure confirmation email. If you wish to have all your account data erased, please reach out to us at support@easyship.com.
Request Under Review
If you have an outstanding balance, pending adjustments, or recent transactions, your closure request will be reviewed by our team. During this period, you can still navigate the app but won’t be able to generate labels or make payments. Our team will contact you to settle any pending issues, and once resolved, you'll receive a confirmation email regarding your account closure.
