Types of Notifications
There are two configurable types of notifications on Easyship.
- Email Notifications: Sent to the email address associated with your account.
- Platform Notifications: In-app alerts within the Easyship dashboard.
Platform Notifications
1. Click the notifications bell next to the Easyship logo at the top left of your screen.
2. Select Settings.
3. Manage both Email and Platform notifications by checking or unchecking the options to enable or disable them.
