Managing Tracking Email Settings

You can adjust when tracking emails are sent to customers through Easyship. Here's how to manage those settings.

Tracking Email Notification Timing

1. Go to Settings > Customer Emails in the Easyship dashboard.

2. Under Send first tracking email, specify how long after label generation the email should be sent (set to 0 for immediate emails).

If using a partner warehouse, there's an option to trigger the email when the order is handed to the courier.

Resend the Tracking Email

It is also possible to find confirmation of when the email was sent and then resend it if you go into the shipping order details. 

1. In Manage Shipments, click Actions next to your shipment from the list.

2. Under Notification to Receiver, enter the email and click Resend.

You should now know how to set up your tracking email notification timing and resend your tracking emails if necessary.
