Customizing the Tracking Page

1. Navigate to Settings: On the Easyship Dashboard, go to the Settings section and click the Tracking Page link.

2. You will see the following options:

  • Show Header: Display your logo or company name at the top.
  • Show Estimated Delivery Time: Display the estimated delivery date.
  • Show Status Icon: Choose animated or static icons for different shipment statuses.
  • Show Courier Contact: Link to the courier’s contact page, with customizable button colors.
  • Show Contact Information: Display your company contact page and/or social media links.
  • Display Advertising: Add an advertisement image and a call-to-action button.
  • Footnote: Include any additional details you wish to share with your customer.

3. Save Your Customizations: Double-check for accuracy and click Save.
