The Shipping Rules feature lets you automate your shipping process to fit your specific needs. This feature is available for clients on the Plus plan or higher.
Conditions and Actions
Conditions define the criteria for applying rules, such as the number of items in an order or the destination country.
For example, if the destination country is Canada (condition), you can set the rule to Pre-Pay duty & taxes (action). The action is what Easyship should do when the condition is met.

Shipping Rules Priority
When you have multiple shipping rules, they are prioritized from top to bottom. If two rules contradict each other, the higher rule takes priority.
For example:
- High-quality tracking
- Passport or Asendia to France
Asendia services offer basic tracking, and the High-quality tracking rule is a top priority. Therefore, Asendia services will be overridden high-quality tracking rates.
If you want to ensure that Asendia is used for shipments destined to France, but keep your high-quality tracking rule in place for other shipments, simply move it to the first priority.
