When you have hundreds or even thousands of shipments to sort through, finding the ones you're looking for can be challenging. This is where the Filter tool comes in handy.
This article will reference how to filter shipments, as well as how to save your own commonly used filter views.
We'll Cover:
Using Filters
In this example, we will use the Manage Shipments section. You'll be shown a list of your entire shipment history when you're on the page.
Step 1: At the top of the page, click on the Filters button above the shipment list.
Step 2: A list of filters will appear.
Step 3: Now, let's look at a specific filter as an example; Filter by Destination Country. Select a condition; here, we will use Country is any of, then proceed to select Countries to filter.
Saving Filters
When using filters frequently, you can save them to your dashboard for easy access. In this section, we will walk you through how to do so.
Step 1: Activate a filter, and click on the Plus icon next to All Shipments.
Step 2: You will be presented with a pop-up prompting you to save your custom view. In this example, we are creating a view for shipments destined for the United States.
To select a view, click the three dots next to All Shipments, and a dropdown will appear.
