How to Filter Shipments

When you have hundreds or even thousands of shipments to sort through, finding the ones you're looking for can be challenging. This is where the Filter tool comes in handy.

This article will reference how to filter shipments, as well as how to save your own commonly used filter views.

Using Filters

In this example, we will use the Manage Shipments section. You'll be shown a list of your entire shipment history when you're on the page.

Step 1: At the top of the page, click on the Filters button above the shipment list.

Step 3: Now, let's look at a specific filter as an example; Filter by Destination Country. Select a condition; here, we will use Country is any of, then proceed to select Countries to filter.

Step 4: It is possible to add multiple filters if you want to refine your search. Go back, and add another filter. You can see both filters in this example highlighted. The destination country is Hong Kong, and the courier is SF Express. If you wish to clear your filters, click Reset.
