About the Connection
With TradeGecko connected to Easyship, you will be able to:
- Sync orders directly from your store to be fulfilled.
- Products download when order syncs, but cannot be downloaded directly.
- Automatically marks store orders as fulfilled when a label is generated. The tracking number will sync to the order profile.
Connecting Your TradeGecko Store to Easyship
Step 1: Navigate to Connect > New Integration and select TradeGecko.
Step 2: From the list of Easyship integrated platforms, select the button labeled TradeGecko.
Step 3: In the pop-up box, fill in the following:
- Store Name
- Default Product Category
- Default Dimensions
Once all the information is completed, select the Connect button.
Step 4: You will be redirected to a login screen for TradeGecko. Enter your login credentials and select Sign in.
Step 5: After logging in, you will see a dialog box asking you to authorize access for Easyship to access your TradeGecko account. Select Authorize.
Step 6: After authorizing Easyship, your account will now be successfully connected to Easyship.
