How to Update Store Fulfillment Settings

By default, Easyship immediately sends a fulfillment status to your store upon shipment generation. This article describes how you can customize fulfillment behavior. 

How to Update Store Fulfillment Settings

Step 1: Navigate to your Store Settings by clicking on Connect, followed by your store name in the left-hand column. 

Step 2: Expand settings in Order Sync. 


Step 3: Scroll down to Update order status to change the configuration.


If you have a warehouse integration, you will have an extra option to mark the order as fulfilled when the warehouse hands it over to the courier or within 24 hours, whichever occurs first.
