Link Your Australia Post Mypost Business Account

This article describes how to link your Australia Post MyPost Business account to Easyship.

  1. Link your Australia Post MyPost Business Account via Easyship Dashboard
    Go to the Couriers page and click Add New Courier. Select Australia Post MyPost Business, and continue to enter your account details to connect.

  2. Sign in or Sign up for your Australia Post MyPost Business Account
    After filling in your Account Name in the Easyship Dashboard, you will be redirected to Australia Post MyPost Business Portal to sign-in or sign-up (If you do not have your account) process.

  3. Authorize your Australia Post MyPost Business Account to Easyship
    The completion of the sign-in or sign-up process means you authorize “Link your Australia Post MyPost Business Account” to Easyship Dashboard. The rate and create shipment function will be linked up between Easyship Dashboard and Australia Post MyPost Business portal.

  4. Successfully Link your Australia Post MyPost Business Account
    If you complete the “Link your Australia Post MyPost Business Account” process successfully, you will see the Australia Post MyPost Business logo and name in the Link your own courier list.

At the moment, the additional service from Australia Post MyPost Business will be enabled in creating shipments as follows:

Flat Rate Pricing

In order to benefit from any of the FlatBoxRate services of MyPost, the FlatRateBoxs must be saved by going to the Settings>Boxes section of the Easyship dashboard and must be assigned to the shipments for the corresponding rates to apply.

FAQs

  • Signature On Delivery:
    Signature on Delivery captures the signature of the recipient once the item has been delivered.
    *Required for shipments with a total value over AUD500 if you purchase an Extra Cover

  • Extra Cover:
    Extra Cover is an optional feature offered by Australia Post. It provides loss or damage cover up to the specified value of your item (max. AUD5,000 or depending on selected service) while it's being carried by Australia Post.

    If your parcel is lost or damaged, and you haven't purchased Extra Cover, compensation of up to AUD100 and a postage refund may be payable.
