Pickup Request Failed "Invalid Time Window"- UPS

This article will help explain what to do in the event your UPS pick-up request failed due to an "Invalid time window"

Issue Overview 

The preferred time slot and date for pickup may not be successfully requested because the courier may not accept the request based on the localized situation. 

For each of the particular locations, the reasons for the invalid time windows are as follows:

  • Passed the pickup request cut-off time for that location
  • Pickup time slot is too early or too late for that location
  • The pickup date is not available for that location

How to resolve it?

When you encounter the Pickup request failing because of an invalid time window, we advise you to reschedule the pickup and choose another time slot or date.

Method 1) Manage shipment:

  1. Check the shipment status and the message
  2. Click on Reschedule Pickup
  3. Check the previous pickup date and time slot
  4. Retry with a new pickup time slot (or date)

 



Method 2) Pickup Page:

  1. Check the Pickup request status and the message
  2. Click on the Truck icon (Reschedule Pickup)
  3. Check the previous pickup date and time slot
  4. Retry with a new pickup time slot (or date)
