Import and Export Orders Using Indiegogo

Exporting Orders from IGG to ES

We have worked with IGG so they build a compatible CSV that we’ve integrated. IGG users should find a Easyship Export that they can just re-import directly in ES without manipulation

Exporting Fulfilled orders from ES to IGG

ES users can also export shipments from the Manage shipments page and re-import them to IGG to fulfill the orders

You can upload a file that contains your orders in one of our accepted formats. This will only take a few seconds, and your orders will be automatically uploaded onto our system.

Step 1: On your dashboard, Create Shipments > Advanced you will find on the top left corner the button Add Shipment, where Import from file will show up on the dropdown.

Step 2: A pop-up will appear for you to choose Groupon's template, which can be downloaded on the bottom right of the page.
Step 3: The template will include further instructions to fill it in, which you will find on the second tab of the spreadsheet.

On the first tab, you can delete our examples and add the orders you wish to import.

Step 4: Once it's done, save the file and upload back to your Easyship dashboard via the UPLOAD button.

Your orders will automatically show up on your dashboard under the 'Create Shipment>Advanced' section for you to process the shipments further.
