You can split synced orders that contain more than one item into separate shipments. Splitting is useful when you are shipping an order that will require more than one box.
How to Split Shipments
Step 1: Navigate to Create Shipments > Advanced. Locate the order that needs to be split and select the checkbox on the left-hand column.
Step 2: Click More in the top right corner and select Split Selected.
Step 3: Enter the number of items you wish to assign to the new shipment. When complete, click Confirm.
You'll now see two shipments appear on the shipment list.
