Creating multiple shipments at once is easy with the File Upload feature on Easyship. This feature allows you to upload multiple orders using a CSV or Excel file. For manual shipment creation or order syncing, see How to Create Shipments on Easyship.
How to Create Shipments via CSV Upload
1. Log in to your Easyship account.
2. Navigate to the Create Shipments > Advanced section in the left-hand column.
3. Click the Add Shipments button and select Import from file.
4. Choose your eCommerce platform and download the Sample & Guidelines template.
5. Follow the guidelines to add shipment details. We recommend adding insurance to every shipment.
6. Ensure correct formatting, then click Upload and select your file.
Your orders will appear in the Create Shipments > Advanced section of your Easyship Dashboard.
