You can merge multiple orders in Easyship into one single shipment. Merging is helpful if you have a single customer that placed numerous orders from your store on the same day. This article will show you how to merge orders into a single shipment.
Merging Shipments Addressed to the Same Destination
1. Navigate to the Create Shipments > Advanced section on the left-hand column of the Easyship Dashboard.
2. Click on the More button on the top right-hand corner, then click on Merge Same Destination Shipments.
All shipments to the same destination will merge into a single shipment.
Merging Shipments Addressed to Different Destinations
1. Navigate to the Create Shipments > Advanced section on the left-hand column of the Easyship Dashboard.
2. Locate the shipments you want to merge and click the checkboxes on the left-hand column.
3. Click on the More button on the top right-hand corner, then click on Merge Selected.
4. The destinations don't match, so you will be prompted to choose the correct destination address for the newly merged shipment.
Click on the preferred address, then click the Confirm button.
