  1. Steps To Re-connect your UPS Account

As a certified UPS Ready® provider, Easyship now requires all users to register via the UPS Ready OAuthentication flow.

The UPS OAuthentication 2.0 offers enhanced security, greater flexibility, and a more user-friendly experience compared to access keys.

We're committed to improving your shipping experience and ensuring your data remains secure.

Steps To Reconnect your UPS Account

  1. Go to Your Courier Accounts: In the Easyship platform, select the 'Courier' and then navigate to 'Your Own Courier Accounts'.
  2. Re-connect Your Account: Click the "Reconnect" button next to your UPS account.

Look for accounts marked "Expiring soon”. These will need to be reconnected.

If you have multiple accounts, use the account nickname to identify them.

3. Login to UPS: You'll be redirected to the UPS login page. Enter your UPS username and password.

  1. Success! Once you’ve logged in, your UPS account will be successfully reconnected to Easyship.

Reconnect your UPS accounts by July 31, 2024, to ensure uninterrupted shipping. This process won't affect your existing UPS shipments, shipping rules, or rates at checkout. If you encounter any issues, please contact our customer service team at support@easyship.com.
