Auto Recharge enhances your shipping and financial management processes. It automates the addition of funds to your account when your balance falls below a specified threshold, ensuring uninterrupted shipping operations.
How Auto Recharge Works
Auto Recharge is triggered automatically when your account balance drops below a predefined amount due to shipping-related charges like purchasing shipping labels and other shipping-related charges. This feature is accessible via the Payment Methods page from the Easyship Dashboard.
Enabling Auto Recharge
Step 1: Go to your account's Payment Methods page from the Easyship Dashboard.
Step 2: Open recharge settings by clicking on the Edit button and enabling the feature by selecting “On".
Step 3: Set the balance threshold that will trigger an auto recharge and define the amount to be added when this threshold is reached.
Note: The recharge amount has to be greater than or equal to the balance threshold. The minimum recharge amount is $50, and the maximum is $2,000.
Step 4: Save your settings. Auto Recharge will now monitor your balance and automatically add funds balance drops below the threshold.
