If you’re not seeing courier rates after creating a shipment, there could be several reasons for this. Below are the most common issues and how to troubleshoot them.
Possible Reasons for Missing Courier Rates
- Unsupported Origin Country: Rates may not appear if you're shipping from a country where Easyship doesn't have pre-negotiated rates.
- Oversized Shipment: Rates won’t show if your shipment’s dimensions or weight exceed courier limits.
- Prohibited Items: Shipping dangerous or prohibited goods can block rates.
- Specific Courier Rules: Custom shipping rules requesting specific couriers might limit available options.
Steps to Check Excluded Couriers
1. On your dashboard, navigate to the Advanced section.
2. Select your shipment and click on Show all unavailable options to see couriers that were excluded.
