Connect your Shopline Store

Learn how to connect your Shopline US account to Easyship to fulfill your Shopline Marketplace e-commerce orders! As of now, Easyship only supports Shopline US account connections.

 

About this Integration

With Shopline connected to Easyship, you will be able to:

  • Sync orders directly from your store and customize sync criteria
  • Download products directly.
  • Automatically mark orders as fulfilled when a label is generated. The tracking number will sync to the order profile. 

Connecting Your Shopline Store to Easyship

Step 1: Navigate to Connect > New Integration. From the list of Easyship integrations, select the Shopline logo.

 

Step 2:  In the window that pops up, you’ll need to fill in your Shopline store URL following the convention: “https://store-name.myshopline.com”. 

Please make sure that the URL is the same as the main domain in your Shopline store's domain settings page.

Next, click “Authenticate”. This will redirect you to Shopline to verify the integration.

Step 3: Review the app installation terms and click “Authorize and install” to complete the Easyship app installation on your Shopline store.

 

Step 3: Once the Easyship app is successfully installed on Shopline, you’ll be redirected back to Easyship. Fill in default information and click “Finish Setup” to complete the store connection process. 

 

Step 4: Congratulations, your Shopline store is connected! You can adjust your Order Sync settings, such as "Sync Window", "Auto-Sync", “Sync Statuses”, and "Excluded Countries" from your store settings page.
