Setting up different printing options for your store ensures seamless label printing and document management. This guide will walk you through installing the printing application, authenticating your Easyship account, syncing printers, and adjusting printing settings.

Installing Your Printer
To enable printing via Easyship, you need to install the Printer application.
1. Navigate to Settings > Printing in your Easyship dashboard.
2. Click on Install Desktop App to download the PrintNode installation file.
3. Locate the downloaded installation file on your computer and click the file (Easyship icon) to begin the installation process.
4. For easier navigation, drag the installation file into your Applications folder.
5. After installation, launch the application and log in using your Easyship credentials.
Once the application is installed and authenticated, you need to sync and configure your printers.
6. Click Proceed To Select Printers to connect to your account.
This ensures all users on the same account can access the same printers.
7. In the Print To dropdown, select the printer you want to use.
- The dropdown will display:
- Printer Name (e.g., HP LaserJet Pro)
- Computer Name (e.g., Office-PC) in brackets
- Online/Offline Status with a Green (Online) or Red (Offline) dot indicator
Post-Setup Configurations
Connect/Disconnect the App
1. To connect, ensure the application is running and logged into your Easyship account.
2. To disconnect, log out from the app.
Change Document Settings
1. Navigate to Settings > Printing to configure printing preferences.
2. Select the default printer for different documents such as:
- Shipping labels
- Packing slips
- Invoices
Troubleshooting Tips
- Ensure both your computer and printer are turned on.
- Restart the application if your printer does not appear in the dropdown.
- Check your internet connection if the application is unable to sync printers.
