As part of our ongoing efforts to keep Easyship fast, reliable, and easy to use, we periodically review platform integrations based on usage, stability, and partner support.
As of January 2026, Easyship will update the integration status of a variety of platforms. All partner platforms will now fall under one of the categories below.
This article explains what each status means, which platforms are affected, and what actions (if any) are required from you.
Integration Status Categories
1. Supported Integrations
What this means
These integrations are fully supported by Easyship.
- Easyship will continue to maintain the integration
- Order syncing and store settings remain fully functional
- Any partner API changes will be supported
- Any identified issues or bugs will be prioritised and resolved
- Our support team can help you set up or troubleshoot shipping
