This article explains the new unified Shipments tab and the latest table customization enhancements for To Ship and Label Purchased views on the Easyship dashboard.
These improvements are designed to streamline your fulfillment flow, speed up label creation, and give operations teams more control over how shipment data is displayed and prioritized.
What’s changed?
Unified Shipments Tab
Previously, shipments were split across two separate menu items: Create Shipment and Manage Shipment.
Within the Shipments tab, you’ll now see two sub-tabs: To Ship and Label Purchased.
This means you no longer need to switch between different sections to create and manage shipments — everything is now in one place.
How to Use the New Shipments Tab
Accessing shipment views
- Go to the left navigation menu
- Click Shipments
- Choose one of the following:
- To Ship – to create new shipments
- Label Purchased – to manage purchased labels and existing shipments
Creating a shipment
- Open Shipments → To Ship
- Click the Create button
- Complete the shipment details
- Proceed as usual

Your table will instantly update to reflect the new layout.
This allows you to prioritize critical information (for example, Courier or Ship From) based on your operational workflow.
3. Column Visibility Controls
You can still choose which columns to show or hide:
- Navigate to Settings
- Select or deselect columns
- Save your changes
4. Date Display Format Options
You can now control how dates appear for when shipments are created in the table:
- Exact timestamp (e.g., 2026-01-27 10:32)
- Relative time (e.g., 4 hours ago)
5. Order Age + Auto-Highlighting
To help teams prioritize shipments more effectively:
- Order Age shows how long ago an order was placed
- Auto‑highlighting flags unshipped orders in red once they pass a defined time threshold
How it works
- Set your SLA / time threshold in hours (for example: 6 hours)
- Orders exceeding this threshold are automatically highlighted in the table
- Newer orders within the SLA remain unhighlighted
