Connect Your ePost Global Account

Easyship now supports ePost Global through a Link Your Own Carrier (LYOC) integration. This allows merchants to connect their existing ePost Global account directly to Easyship to generate labels, compare rates, and manage cross-border shipments from one platform.

What is ePost Global?

ePost Global is an international shipping provider specializing in cross-border logistics and multi-carrier routing.

With this integration, merchants can:

  • Connect their existing ePost Global account to Easyship
  • Generate high-volume shipping labels
  • Maintain their negotiated carrier rates
  • Access cross-border shipping services across 200+ countries
  • Manage shipments alongside other carriers within Easyship

If you do not currently have an ePost Global account, you may still be able to access ePost Global services through Easyship depending on your account configuration.

How to Connect Your ePost Global Account

Follow these steps to connect your ePost Global account to Easyship.

1. Navigate to Carrier Connections

  1. Log in to your Easyship dashboard
  2. Go to Connect Carriers
  3. Search for ePost Global

2. Link Your Account

  1. Click Connect next to ePost Global
  2. Enter your ePost Global account credentials or account details
  3. Confirm the connection

Once connected, your account will appear in your active carrier list.

3. Start Shipping

After connecting:

  1. Create a shipment as usual
  2. Easyship will display ePost Global services in the rate comparison list
  3. Select the preferred service
  4. Generate your shipping label

If your account includes negotiated rates, Easyship will display those rates when calculating shipping options.

Do I need an ePost Global account to use this integration?

You can either:

  • Connect your existing ePost Global account using the Link Your Own Carrier (LYOC) feature, or
  • Access ePost Global services through Easyship if available for your account.

Will my negotiated rates still apply?

Yes. When you link your own ePost Global account, your existing negotiated rates and routing preferences remain unchanged.

Can I still compare rates with other carriers?

Yes. ePost Global services will appear alongside other Easyship carriers in the shipping rate comparison panel, allowing you to choose the best option for each shipment.

Can I generate labels in bulk?

Yes. ePost Global supports high-volume label generation through Easyship’s shipment creation and bulk shipping tools.

Does this integration support cross-border shipping?

Yes. You can use Easyship’s cross-border tools alongside ePost Global services, including:

  • Duties and tax calculations
  • Customs documentation
  • International shipping compliance support
