Return: when you want a shipment back after it has been delivered to your customer.
The availability of callback services depends on the courier and status of the shipment.
Not every courier allows this.
Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
Our team will contact the courier and see if it's still possible to call the shipment back.
If possible, additional fees may apply, but don't worry, our customer service team will give you a quote from the courier first and confirm if you want to pay for it.
Please note that deadlines may apply and you will need to add the quoted amount to your Easyship account as soon as possible. If the quoted amount is not available in your Easyship account, we will not be able to approve the callback.
In some cases its needed to return a delivered shipment, Easyship can assist in doing this from Hong Kong, United States and Singapore.
To create a return shipment from these countries, please register a new Easyship account.
Remember to register it for the concerned country and use the address of the parcel to be returned as your registered address.
Note that you can change addresses for an Easyship account within the registered country.
Once done, you can create a new shipping label from this address and provide it to your customer/consignee.
