Sometimes, things don’t go as planned and you need to change the pickup time of your parcel.
Not to worry, as rescheduling a pickup is simple!
1) Open the 'Manage Shipments' page
2) Go to the shipment you want to change and click the 'Details' button
3) Click the 'Reschedule Pick Up' button under Pickup Information, and an email with all the instructions will be sent to you
In the email, you will find the contact information of the courier and the details you should have on hand when you call to reschedule.
In addition to your pick up details, you may be asked to provide the pickup confirmation number and tracking number, which will also be included in this email.
You will find also the time slots available and the cut-off times to schedule your pick up. Do take a look at them before contacting the courier. Couriers need you to book your pick up a few hours in advance, usually between 1 hour to 4 hours.
