When a label fails, it means our system cannot generate as the courier has not accepted the provided information.
A label can fail to generate for many reasons. Once Easyship sees that a label has failed, our team will aim to resolve it within the same working day. We might also reach out to you via e-mail asking for any missing information that may be required.
Note that if a label has not generated, you do have the option to cancel your order to receive an immediate refund back to your Easyship account as credit. You can then select a different courier solution for your destination, or recreate the shipment with new/different details.
Below are a few examples of things that you can do to get your label to generate.
Most of them will require you to edit your shipment.
Aramex labels can fail due to the Zipcode, State and/or City not matching with their internal list.
You can do a search on your entered Country and Zipcode on the following Aramex page
Once you have pressed "Search", you will be able to see the State, City and Zipcode according to Aramex. If you have entered something differently, the only way to fix this yourself is by cancelling and re-creating the shipment with the correct information.
UPS only allows English characters on their labels, such as the sender's name and address, and the recipient's name and address.
Make sure that you remove any special/non-western characters in your address.
TNT & FedEx
TNT and FEDEX do not allow pickup address longer than 30 characters. Meaning, the sum of Address line 1 + 2 cannot be longer than 30 characters in tota
Try removing spaces and using abbreviations to shorten the pickup address. Note that the driver usually calls beforehand, so as long as the zipcode and local area is correct, he should be able to find the recipient!
SF-Express to China and Macau will take a bit longer to arrange as we need to manually confirm these shipments with SF-Express. Kindly allow 1-4 working hours for us to be able to arrange these labels with SF-Express.
