When you schedule a Pickup, the courier will receive a manifest of all the shipments they should collect during that specific pickup slot.
If you have more shipments scheduled for a different time, the courier may refuse to pick them up.
Provided that your parcel is scheduled for pickup and has been packaged and declared correctly with all the labels attached properly, a courier has no reason to refuse your pickup.
Our shipping labels are not always in the same format the drivers are used to; this can be the case, particularly for newer drivers.
If they claim that the label is invalid, please insist that they attempt to scan it. If it scans correctly, there is nothing wrong with the label, and it can be collected.
The couriers provide all Labels through their IT system (API).
