When you schedule a Pickup, the courier will receive a manifest of all the shipments that they should collect during that specific pickup slot.
This means that if you have more shipments that are scheduled for a different time, the courier may refuse to pick them up.
Provided that your parcel is scheduled for Pickup and that it has been packaged and declared correctly with all the labels attached in a proper way, a courier has no reason to refuse your pickup.
Our shipping labels are not always in the same format that the drivers are used to, this can be the case, particularly for newer drivers.
If they claim that the label is invalid, please insist that they attempt to scan it. If it scans correctly, there is nothing wrong with the label and it can be collected.
All Labels are provided by the couriers, to us, through their IT system (API).
