When you schedule a pickup, the courier will receive a manifest of all the shipments that they should pickup during that specific pickup slot.
This means that if you have more shipments that are scheduled for a different time, the courier may deny picking them up.
Provided that your parcel is scheduled for pickup and that it has been packaged and declared correctly with all the labels attached in a proper way. The courier has no reason to deny your pickup.
Our labels are not always the same format as the drivers are used to, in particular, new drivers.
If they claim that the label is invalid, please insist that they try to scan it. If it scans correctly, there is nothing wrong with the label.
All Labels are provided by the couriers to us through their IT system (API).
