Shipment Status: Pending Pickup Confirmation

Easyship uploads all the Pickup information to our courier partners via API.

While you wait for the couriers' API to accept the pickup, the shipment status will show 'Pending Pickup Confirmation'. 

Pending Pickup Confirmation

When the shipment has the status 'Pending Pickup Confirmation' the courier has not received the order information yet. Depending on the courier, there are different requirements for when and how often they sync with Easyship to confirm the pickup. 


For Example:

SF Express Singapore 

  • Pickups between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM are consolidated in a list and uploaded to SF the same day at 2:00 PM.
  • Pickups between 10:00 AM-2:00 PM are consolidated and uploaded to SF the day before at 5:00 PM. 

Different couriers have different timeslots that are required and set by them. If your label still is 'Pending Pickup Confirmation' past your pick-up time, please contact Easyship Support for further assistance. 

It is not possible to reschedule a pickup from the Easyship Dashboard which has not yet been confirmed by the courier.
