Easyship uploads all orders to its partner couriers through API.
Depending on the courier, there are different requirements for when and how often this is done.
When the shipment has the status pending pick up confirmation the courier has not received the order information yet.
It is not possible to reschedule an order which has not been confirmed by the courier.

Pickups between 2PM-6PM are consolidated in a list and uploaded to SF the same day at 2pm.
Pickups between 10AM-2PM are consolidated and uploaded to SF the day before at 5pm.
Different couriers have different timeslots which are required and set by them.
