While we’re undergoing maintenance, you will not be able to create shipments or download documents during this time.
However, our Rates at Checkout functionality will be available, so you can still collect orders with our rates.
For Open API users, all GET requests will still be operational.
We appreciate your patience on this matter and hope this does not disrupt your planned operations too much.
This maintenance period allows us to make some key technical enhancements in the backend, allowing us to enhance our solution and serve you better!
