Please provide the courier's tracking number when contacting, this can be found in your Easyship Dashboard and the Pickup Reference Number.
Please note that for Metro Areas of Melbourne, Syndey, or Brisbane, pickups will be on the selected date and time slot or the next working day, depending on the availability of the courier.
If you are based outside of these locations, pickups are made on the selected time slot but within 1-3 working days of the selected time.
