This can be found in your Easyship Dashboard, the Pickup Confirmation E-mail and on your Shipping Label.
Pleaste note that for Metro Ares of Melbourne, Syndey or Brisbane pickups will be on the selected date and time-slot or the next working day, depending on availability of the courier.
If you are based outside of these locations, the pickups are done earliest on the selected time-slot but within 1-3 working days of the selected time.
We always request the chosen time and date from the courier, but based on historical data we can see that many of the pickups are done within 1 to 2 days late.
