Easyship provides the option to have your own custom branded tracking page. Enhance your customer's seamless tracking experience by utilizing our new customization features. In this article, we will run you through what they are and how to use them.

Customizing the Tracking Page
Navigate to the Settings section on the left-hand column of the Easyship Dashboard and click the link titled Tracking Page.
You will be presented with the following options:
Note the Save button only applies to the Footnote, other configurations are saved automatically.
You can choose to show your logo or company name at the top of your tracking e-mail. For instructions on how to upload your logo into your Easyship Dashboard, please refer to this article.
Show estimated delivery time
As soon as a delivery time is provided by the courier, the page shows ‘Estimated delivery by’ in the format: e.g Wed, 25 Aug 2021. The delivery date is hidden once an order is Delivered or Completed.
Show status icon
Toggle to show Status Icon on the tracking page next to the tracking status. Prep, In Transit, and Out for Delivery have animated icons while others have static ones.
Show courier contact
Toggle to show a CTA that links to the respective Courier’s contact page. Enabling the toggle shows Button background color and Button text color fields.
Input a hex code to customize the CONTACT COURIER button background. Click Reset to default to revert it back to Easyship’s default color.

Input a hex code to customize the CONTACT COURIER button text. Click Reset to default to revert it back to Easyship’s default color.
Show contact information
You can choose to show your company contact page and/or links to your social media accounts. For instructions on how to add your social media accounts to your Easyship Dashboard, please refer to this article.
Here you can choose to display an advertisement image to your customer along with a "call to action button" that can link to a URL related to your advertisement.
Here you can add any additional details that you would like to share with your customer.
When you are happy with your selections, double-check that everything is accurate and click the “Save” button.
