How to Update Your Store Order Status

You can define the time in which Easyship should update your order as fulfilled in your connected store from the Easyship dashboard. In this article, we will show you how to set this feature up. 

Update Store Fulfillment Settings

Step 1. 

Navigate to your store by clicking on 'Connect' then your store name on the left-hand column of the Easyship dashboard.

Step 2. 

Click 'More' on the right-hand column of the 'Sync Orders' section

Step 3. 

The Update Order Status is possible to set as either immediate (0 hours) or to delay it by a set number of hours.

If you are using one of Easyship's partner warehouses, you will see an additional option to update your order fulfillment status based on when the warehouse hands over the shipment or within 24 hours, whichever occurs first.
