Store Order Status Settings

By default, Easyship immediately sends a fulfillment status to your store when a shipment is generated. However, this can be customized in Store Settings. In this article, we walk you through the feature.

How to Update Store Fulfillment Settings

Step 1: Navigate to your Store Settings by clicking on Connect then your store name on the left-hand column. 

Step 2: Expand settings in Order Sync. 46346435.png

Step 3: Scroll down to Update order status. In this example, we are using Shopify. Change to your desired configuration and they will be saved automatically.

If you have a warehouse integration, you will have an extra option to mark the order as fulfilled when the warehouse hands it over to the courier or within 24 hours, whichever occurs first.
