You can set the timing of when an e-mail notification is sent out from Easyship to your consignee/receiver.
The setting can be found under the Tracking Email page.
If its set at 0, the email will be sent immediately or you can delay it by any set amount of hours.
If you are using one of Easyship's partner warehouses, you will see an additional option to send the email notification based on when the warehouse hands over the shipment or within 24 hours, whichever occurs first.
It is also possible to find the confirmation of when the e-mail was sent, and resend it if you go into the shipping order details.
