This article describes how to upgrade, downgrade and cancel your Easyship subscription.
Upgrading, Downgrading, and Cancelling
Step 1: Navigate to Account > Subscription.
Step 2: Click on the Change Plan icon.
Step 3: From this page, you can upgrade to a higher plan or downgrade to a lower one by clicking on the corresponding icon. To cancel your paid subscription, downgrade to the free plan. Downgrades will go into effect at the end of your billing cycle, so you'll still be able to access the features of the previous plan until that time.
Alternatively, if there is a feature you want that is not available on your current plan, such as Branded Packing Slips, you will have the opportunity to change your plan.
Or, if you exceed your shipping limits on the plan you have, we'll prompt you with details on how to upgrade.
If you go over your shipping limit we can upgrade to the next highest plan level that will accommodate your new shipping volume. Please note that the current month's charges will be prorated based on the upgrade date. Next month will be at the new volume charge; unless you update your account page or contact customer support.
There is no need to add new payment information. You can use the Credit Card details saved on your account for the subscription payment.
Easyship subscriptions are billed on a monthly payment cycle on the same day every month. After your trial, you will be charged your monthly subscription fee (plus applicable taxes, if any) on the first day of each subsequent billing cycle.
If you are on our Annual plan, billing will commence after the trial period (plus applicable taxes, if any).
If there is an issue with making a payment, we will provide the opportunity to update your payment details or temporarily move to a free plan.
Q: If I change my Plan, will the payment day also change?
A: Your payment date will remain the same.
Q: Will the number of shipments I can use reset?
A: The number of shipments you can generate will change as soon as your account upgrades.
Q: Do you provide refunds on subscription fees?
A: If you believe you are entitled to a refund of a subscription fee, it is our policy that we cannot provide a refund if the account has been active during the subscription period. If you wish to discuss this further, please reach out to our support team.
You should now be comfortable managing your Easyship subscription and adjusting your plan to suit your needs.
