You are only able to edit shipments that do not have a shipping label generated yet. If the label has not been generated you can edit the order details, the destination address and the courier of choice. In this article, we will show you how to edit your shipment before a label has been generated.
It is now possible to Bulk Edit Shipments, editing an unlimited amount of shipments in one go for certain Properties, see our article here.

Getting Started
Step 1.
Navigate to the 'Create Shipments>Advanced' section on the left-hand column of the Easyship Dashboard.
Step 2.
Locate the shipment that you would like to edit and hover over the section that requires amendments (Order, Receiver, or Courier):
Once you've selected a category to edit you will see all the relevant details and will be able to make your changes.
Edit Order Details
Once you've made all the required changes you can continue with the shipment as per the normal process.
Edit Shipping Address
Once you've made all the required changes you can continue with the shipment as per the normal process.
Select a New Courier
Hover over the new courier choice and choose the 'Select' button.
You can now continue with shipping and payment using the revised details.
