How to Split Shipments

You are able to split shipments that contain more than one item into separate shipments. This is useful when you are shipping an order that will require more than one box. As a single shipment in Easyship refers to a single box with a single shipping label - if you are shipping more than one box the order must be split up. In this article, we will show you how to split your shipments into multiples. 

Split Shipments

Step 1. 

Navigate to the 'Create shipments>Advanced' section on the left-hand column of the Easyship Dashboard

Step 2. 

Locate the order that needs to be split and select the checkbox on the left-hand column.

Step 3.

Select the 'More' button in the top right corner and then select 'Split Selected'

Step 4.

Select the items you would like to move to a new shipment and select the 'Confirm' button.

You'll now see two shipments appear in the shipment list.

You should now be comfortable splitting up shipments in the Easyship dashboard.
