To Download

Once the courier's system receives the shipping data the label will be generated for printing and you'll find it in the 'To Download' list in the 'Manage Shipments' section of the dashboard.


If you are in an Easyship-integrated warehouse, and labels are in 'To Download', this means that your orders have not been shipped out yet. Should there be any previous order that has not been shipped, feel free to reach out to your warehouse directly and inquire about the order status of this shipment.

If you are not in an Easyship-integrated warehouse, orders will stay in 'To Download' until you have downloaded the label.
