Managing Pending Shipments

Easyship generates your shipping labels by sending all the inputted shipment details to the selected courier.

It can take a few seconds or up to an hour for the courier's system to receive the details and respond with the shipping label. This time frame will depend on the queue and the time of the day.

While we are waiting for a response, the label status will be set to Pending and it can be found in the 'Pending' list in the 'Manage Shipments' section in the left-hand column of the Easyship Dashboard.

If the label is stuck in the pending section for more than an hour, please reach out to support@easyship.com and we will contact the courier to investigate the reason for the delay.
