Requesting a Refund of An Account Balance

If you would like your current account balance refunded to your method of payment please get in touch with us directly at and we will arrange for your funds to be returned. 

Note that processing times for the method of payment refunds can take up to 10 business days. 

If you are looking for a refund on a canceled shipment note that the method of payment refund can only be issued once the funds have been returned to your Easyship account
