You are able to delete any shipments that have not yet generated a shipping label. In this article, we will show you how to delete shipments from the Easyship dashboard.
Deleting Shipments in Easyship
Step 1.
Navigate to the 'Create Shipments>Advanced' section on the left-hand column of the Easyship Dashboard.
Step 2.
Locate the shipment(s) that you would like to delete and click the checkbox on the left-hand column.
Step 3.
Click the 'More' button on the top right corner and then click 'Delete Selected'
Step 4.
You will be prompted to confirm the deletion. Click the 'Delete' button if you're sure that you would like to delete the shipment(s). Note that this action cannot be undone.
The shipment(s) have now been permanently removed from your Easyship dashboard.
