You can define the time in which Easyship will update your order as fulfilled in your connected store under your store settings. In this article, we will show you how to configure how much time elapses before you store is updated.
Update Order Status on Your Connected Store
Navigate to the 'Connect' section on the left-hand column of the Easyship dashboard and click on your store name.
Click the 'More' button in the 'Sync Orders' section.
You can now adjust the 'Update Store Status' to whatever ever time frame you desire. Note that setting the value to 0 will cause the status to be updated immediately.
If you are using one of Easyship's partner warehouses, you will see an additional option to update your order fulfillment status based on when the warehouse hands over the shipment or within 24 hours, whichever occurs first.
