Import Orders Using Jumia Template

Easyship can create shipments via direct integration with Jumia or you can upload shipments via CSV. This article guides you through the process of importing Jumia orders via CSV. 

Step 1: From the Easyship Dashboard, navigate to Create Shipments > Advanced. Here you will find the button Add Shipments on the top left-hand corner, where Import from file will appear on the dropdown.

Step 2: A pop-up will appear for you to choose Jumia's template, which can be downloaded on the bottom right of the page.
Click and Select Jumia CSV Template

Step 3: The template will include further instructions to fill it in, which you will find on the second tab of the spreadsheet.

You can delete our examples on the first tab and add the orders you wish to import.

Step 4: Once complete, save the file and upload it back to your Easyship dashboard via the UPLOAD button.

Your orders will automatically show up on your dashboard in the 'Create Shipment>Advanced' tab for you to process the shipments further.
